Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Not every runner needs the same thing from a coach, and not every season of training calls for the same level of support. Some athletes want someone fully in the driver's seat, building and adjusting their plan week to week. Others just want an expert set of eyes on the training they're already doing, or a monthly check-in to stay accountable and on track. All of it comes from the same place: meeting you where you are, not fitting you into a one-size-fits-all model. Below are three ways to work together to find your happy medium.

1:1 Coaching

Fully Individualized Coaching, Built Around You

$125/month

The full experience — a training plan built specifically for you, direct access to me throughout your training, and ongoing adjustments as your training (and life) unfolds.

How it works

  1. We start with a brief intake and a conversation. You share your goals, training history, schedule, and life constraints. I share my background, approach, and communication style. If we decide it’s a good fit, we get you set up and rolling.

  2. You get a custom training plan. A personal Google Sheet gives you a high-level view of the training block, while Final Surge is the source of truth for workout details and analysis.

  3. Your plan adjusts as you go. We monitor mileage, workouts, recovery, life stress, and anything else that might come up, making changes as needed to keep you on your feet and moving forward.

  4. You get direct communication. Reach out with questions, workout feedback, and race-week planning, so you’re never guessing what to do next.

This is the highest-touch option.

If you want a coach fully in your corner - building the plan, adjusting as you progress, and available throughout - this is your program.

Good for:

Runners training for a specific goal race who want individualized programming and ongoing support, athletes coming off injury or a plateau who need real-time adjustments, or anyone who wants a coach actively managing their training rather than reviewing it periodically.

Get an Expert Second Opinion on Your Training

$100 · 45 minutes

Not ready for full coaching, but want a coach’s eyes on what you’re doing? This focused session reviews your current training, answers your biggest questions, and leaves you with a clear sense of direction.

How it works

  1. Book a virtual session and complete a short intake form with your training history, current plan or logs, and specific questions. The intake is due 48 hours before your call so I have time to dig in.

  2. Meet for 45 minutes in a 1:1 video call. We’ll review what’s working, what’s not, and your most pressing questions.

  3. Receive a transcript and summary notes afterward, so you have a clear reference after the call.

A review, not a rebuild

This session provides expert feedback on the training you bring; it does not include designing a new plan from scratch. For an ongoing, built-for-you plan, explore 1:1 coaching.

Good for

Race strategy questions, a training plateau you can’t diagnose, an “am I doing this right?” gut-check, or a one-time deep dive before a big training block or race.

Stay Accountable. Stay On Track. But Make Your Own Plan.

$75/month

You’re building your own training, but still want a coach checking in periodically. This is ongoing monthly support for the plan you’re already following, with a tracking template and a monthly call to review things.

How it works

  1. Start with a brief intake and conversation. You bring your goals, training history, schedule, and life constraints. We review what you want from the consultation and make sure it’s a good fit.

  2. Get a training tracking template for mileage, key workouts, how things felt, and anything else that comes up. You can also sync training in Final Surge, though you’re responsible for splitting and labeling workouts.

  3. Meet once a month for 30–45 minutes to review your training block, discuss what’s working, and answer the questions you’ve saved up.

  4. Bring the logs and questions. This program provides targeted advice during the monthly call and does not include an on-demand question-and-answer line between sessions.

You stay in the driver’s seat

I don’t build your plan in this program. If you’d rather hand off plan-building entirely, 1:1 coaching is the next step up, and you can switch anytime.

Good for

Experienced runners who want a regular outside perspective, athletes coming off a coaching block who aren’t ready to go fully independent, or anyone who wants monthly accountability without full coaching.
